STOP talking negative about sleep!!!
STOP complaining about sleep!!!!
STOP calling your self an “insomniac”!!!
STOP saying ” my insomnia” it is not YOURS, nor do you want it to be, so stop claiming it UNLESS you want it to CONTINUE to be true
STOP using your imagination to create things you do not want (worrying)
STOP watching the clock
( after 7 pm I would avoid the clock at all costs.. If I accidentally saw it I would shrug it off and say, it’s just a number… But by all means… Stop obsessing about it… Find a new obsession that has nothing to do with sleep)
STOP using your bed for ANYTHING other then sleep and sex
STOP talking negative about yourself. Period.
STOP RESEARCHING SLEEP! ANYTHING ON SLEEP! PERIOD
